Pasta with a creamy minced meat and cheese sauce
A simple recipe for pasta with a creamy ground beef and cheese sauce. This ground beef dish is made with just a few everyday ingredients. Except for the ground beef, I can take everything from our pantry or refrigerator.
The pasta dish is a really uncomplicated dish. Also totally delicious and cheesy-creamy. A delicious change from Bolognese or Spaghetti Napoli. Ideal as a quick meal for the after-work kitchen or as a pan-fry perfect for a family meal.

This is how you prepare the pasta with the creamy minced meat and cheese sauce
First, prepare the noodles according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, you use the time and fry the minced meat with olive oil. A frying pan works well for the minced meat dish. When the meat is done cooking, remove it and set it aside.
After peeling the onion, sauté the onion pieces in the same pan until translucent. You can then add the fried minced meat to the diced onions.
Now you can add tomato paste and mix well. I only roast the pulp in the middle of the frying pan to brown it a bit. Season to taste with paprika powder, herbs of your choice, salt and pepper.
Deglaze everything with broth and chopped tomatoes. If your sauce later turns out to be too thick for your taste, simply add a little more broth. Now you stir some more mustard and the roux into the minced meat sauce.
Let it simmer for a few more minutes.
You have to let them simmer for about 15 minutes so that the flour taste disappears. I only add the cream cheese at the end and I only heat the sauce again. If you like it better, feel free to add a little more cream cheese.
It is best to gradually add the finished pasta to the minced meat and cheese sauce. Depending on the type of pasta, the pasta-sauce ratio sometimes changes. I like to leave a little more sauce in the pan than pasta, because the grated cheese makes the minced meat and cheese sauce even creamier and thickens a bit.
Only stir in the cheese once you have removed the pan from the stovetop. Now sprinkle with chopped parsley and pasta with creamy minced meat and cheese sauce is ready.

400 g of chopped tomatoes (1 can)
350 ml broth
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 teaspoon mustard
1 tbsp flour (mix with a little water).

1 teaspoon of herbs (Italian …)
60 grams of cream cheese.
50-100 g shredded cheese
Some chopped parsley
Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
Brown the ground beef in a pan with a little olive oil. After roasting, remove the meat and set aside.
Peel the onion and sauté in the same pan until translucent. Then add the minced meat back in.
Stir in tomato paste and roast.
Season with paprika powder, herbs, salt and pepper.
Then deglaze with chopped tomatoes and broth.
Stir in the mustard and roux and simmer for about 15 minutes.
Then stir in the cream cheese. heat up briefly. taste again.
Gradually mix in the finished pasta as well. Not all at once. This is important so that the sauce will be enough for your taste.
