  • 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons of lemon juice
  • 31/2 pounds of fresh peaches (peeled, cored, and sliced about 3/4in thick)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

  1. Firstly, add the sliced peaches into a medium-size bowl.
  2. Add 1/4 cup of sugar into the bowl and toss to coat.
